How it works

We keep the onboarding process for landlords as fast and straight forward as possible

  1. Guaranteed rent on agreements up to 5years - rent will be guaranteed for the entirety of the management agreement. No void periods.

  2. Cosmetic refurb - We will complete full cosmetic refurbishments and furnish your property to appeal to our corporate clients - this will be free to you!

  3. Professional tenants - we place our professional tenants dependant on their work criteria and length of agreement. We also relocate professionals for work on shorter tenancy agreements.

  4. Management of the property - in order to create a fully passive and stress free experience for you, Cosworth Property will take over all the maintenance and management of the property.
